The Insight Scan features three painless, non-invasive tests that will help us characterize abnormal activity surrounding your spine. This activity can be associated with a subluxation or other forms of spinal dysfunction.

The Muscle Balance or Symmetry Pattern Scan measures the amount of 'pull' the muscles surrounding the spine are exerting. When the spine is out of alignment, it causes a muscle imbalance, resulting in fatigued or weak muscles along the spine.

The Thermal Scan measures temperature differences between each side of your body. When the communication between the nervous system and blood vessels is disturbed, it causes the body's thermostat to malfunction, producing an imbalanced temperature reading along the spine.

The Surface Electromyography (SEMG) Scan measures how well the motor nerves are working by reading the amount of currrent found in the muscles. Subluxations disturb the function of the nerve, causing an abnormal amount of electrical current flowing to your muscles.
